Please reduce the Battery drain

The UMIDIGI Z Pro is a very good smartphone, but still has some small problems.
One of the biggest problems for me is the high battery drain.
On the way to work (about one hour) I use Waze.

My UMI Super (4000 mAh) has consumed about 12-13% battery.
My UMIDIGI Z Pro (3780 mAH) consumes about 25-30% battery.

The battery is only minimally smaller, but consumes twice as much power.
What is the reason for that?

@UMIDIGI => Are the developers already working on a solution?

I still use Android 6.0 (Build UMIDIGI Z Pro.V3.01_20170408)

I am on Android 6.0 (build UMIDIGI Z Pro.V4.01_20170417). Still awaiting the (bug-free Nougat OTA update !!!).
My battery life is good. I use Accubattery to monitor battery usage. Good app as it identifies any apps with high battery drain. It would confirm if Waze was the cause of your problem.

Android 6.0 was good battery life, since upgrade to 7.1.1 the battery life is garbage!
Lets hope the update tomorrow wil fix the batterylife
