Android 7.1.1 bugs, HELP Please!

Hi people!

I have a little problem with this android.
All the times I try use Facebook, Youtube, Whatsapp and a some app's, the phone say something like that "aplication stop work".

What I can make to resolve the problem?

Yes , I uninstall them than install again, I did factory reset for phone and still this same...

First just uninstall and reinstall the crashing apps. That might be enough.

So you need perform full clean flash with SPFT.
Firstly you can uncheck user data and cache on SPFT to save your data but if this not help you need Flash with firmware upgrade option on SPFT.

please stop telling us you're not expieriencing these problems.

We all are experiencing these problems, so there is something wrong. period.

please accept this fact and help us to get better software ! this will be a lot better then just telling us to do a factory reset which doesn't help.
