Umi Z pro screen flickering/vibrates on color grey

So i buyed the phone 1 month ago from Tomtop.com About a week ago i started to notice something mind blowing, the screen started to flicker/vibrate but only on color grey. Searched for the problem in google, but for them it's only visible in low light. Mine is the exact opposite. I cant see the flickering on low light, but when i go max it's clearly visible.I've tried turn off, on, factory reset trough the settings and tried hard reset but that's not working at all. I press the volume up and power button, i go to reboot dead android comes in saying "no command" I do with volume down and power Factory mode comes up with 4 tabs : Test, Results of the test, GPS, and i don't remember the other one but its not reset. So basically when i go to factory reset mode, it doesn't even show me reset options NOR boot...

But the problem is the flickering.. It drives me mad. I cant play games, it's looks horrible flashing over and over....
I don't know what's going on. Could it be that the charger fuc.ed the phone up? Because i live in the USA and tomtop sold the phone with eu plug, so i asked them to send me a us adapter so i can charge my phone. But no, that could'nt be i mean they are on the same frequency or whatever (im not an electrician)

I don't know what's going on, i called UMI but they didn't answer. I hope it's just a software error or something...

I tried to record it with screen recorder, but it's weird because when i record it and watch teh video on my computer, i can't see the flickering.
I want to share a video but i don't have other phone, i need to wait for my sister to get home and then i make one. Until then, any ideas?
