Audio problems, crash and restart

Hello
I got problem with headphones. Noise click when headphones are on is nothing. Always at higher volume phone stop play or crash with restart and sound quality is bad. Someone can help? I trying change some value in enginering mode but only change call speaker. Sound via bluetooth is great and no problem.

Ok, just be careful, cause you may screw things up if you start to mess with wrong options:

1) Install MTK engineer mode from market and open
2) click MTK settings
3) Switch to hardware Testing section and choose Audio->Headset Mode
4) Choose:
Type: Sip
Level: not relevant, don't change it
Value is: not relevant, don't change it
Max Vol. - here you have to set it to 80 and click Set

That's it. Reboot just to make sure and test it.

What software ver. are U using? I think that problem was solved in 1.6.

1.6 via rootjoy... awesome phone with little issue... :/

It is not fixed. Still need to lower the high volumes in engineering mode.
I've searched for the steps because I know it is written down on the forum, but can't find it. (forum search feature doesn't work)

With 1.6 update problem is not solver. I have the SAME PROBLEM.
IRON needs to be restarted after insert jack audio

I wrote about the solution with screenshots but about 2 weeks ago I deleted all of my earlier (411 pcs.) posts, so that guide has been lost, sorry. I have no time now to create it again but there are some guides available over the net. google results
