Hi
This could be hardware fault but you can try perform factory reset, update to latest available firmware, or use SPFT and flash complete ROM.
Here is SPFT instruction

And here all available ROMs

Also you can contact to seller for warranty repair.

whell i can tell  you that that mark you have on the screen is a clear picture of were the battery is seated beneath the screen, my guess it has overheated and fried your screen. if that´s the case do as MarcinP said, contact the seller for warranty repair, or buy a replacement screen + touch mount.

But as you mentioned about battery there battery could simply expand cause pressures on back of screen so you can open phone and check will this lines disappear and what condition is battery. Also if battery is expanded us hard to remove sim card tray. Of course if you open phone you will lose warranty.

yes that is perfectly correct, is it to much common for the batteries to do that? have heard about some doing this, expanding, were some faulty? or is there any more factors to cause this? have had 7 smartphones so far, none have had any battery problems exept for some losing a part of its capacity with time, which is somewhat normal. cheers.
