UMI MAX LCD replacement

Hi.

I need new LCD display for my UMI MAX. Which display is suitable for my configuration and where i can buy it? I heard that there are two versions but no one fits to my version of phone (on pictures).

You can buy any screen for umi super or max and then change firmware. Here is SPFT instruction

(this seems to be a flatter screen than original)

New  touchscreen doesn't seem to be responding correctly.

What do you recommend ?

is a rom reinstall required for screnn change?

Probably you got new supplier screen (latest version with new drivers) that why you need Flash with SPFT or use OTG USB and PC mouse and update through to OTA or OTA zip file.
