IMEI changed by virus?

My booth IMEI are now
Slot1: 111111111111111111
Slot2: 222222222222222222

What happened? How can I fix this?

I try follow this tutorial, but always stop at this screen (Look image).

"Starting serach kernel com port and handshake..." And go back to screen IMEI SET (SCAN DATA).

What can I do to fix?
