Google agenda is not refreshing. I have to delete the widget or restart the phone in order to get it showing the current day. This is a bug in android 6 and all versions of the android 7 rom in my case. Anyone else?

I mean that the  widget on the image (top widget) doeant refresh at all. Not in android 6 nor on 7 i have to remove it and place it again or restart the phone to have the correct day displaying. The reminders i do get. Even installing the original agoogle calender widget has the same problem.

Is this widget is part of some app?
Are you using only wi-fi or sim data too?
If you using only sim data you need change in settings that you aloud app to be refreshed and if this is part of some app probably add this app to white list in background task clear.

Problem has to do with android. The system app agenda doesn't show on background task killer and therefore i can't had it. Celular data hasn't anything to do with it because the refreshing from one day to another is done at home via wifi.

Ok so if refreshing is done by home wi-fi you should go to settings - wi-fi - switch on wi-fi - top right three dots - advanced - keep wi-fi on during sleep.

That is already on. It has nothing to do with connectivity. Data on wifi on all the same. The widget doesnt refresh. If i install google calender the widget ( from google calender) also freezes. It has something to do with the android os.
