Umi plus E with severe locking

Hello everyone from the forum Unfortunately I did not get lucky in my first Umi and arrived defective. Every time I watch a video, the One game shows distortions in the green color image, restarting after a while. This sometimes happens with some programs as well. Since I live in Brazil, I was not lucky because I could not find a place that I could be less fix!

I bought it at Deal Extreme Store and about 2 weeks I got it. I got in touch from the first day and I'm seeing how information for the return and exchange. I would like to ask two questions so that, if possible, you can clarify to me:

1 °: Is there somewhere in my country that fixes an Umidigi? A technical service that was informed that the smartphone is doomed, as it has problem in the board.
2º: Is there anything that explains the documents the DX has for me to give and part that I need to see with the Courier for the return? I paid tribute when he arrived and I do not want to pay again.

Firstly please update your phone to latest software (settings - about phone - wireless update)
If still is not good please contact to seller for warranty.
Warranty is only between you and seller and under seller roles.

About avoid another customs taxes please go to tax office and let them know that you sending device for repair or replace due to failure and ask for proving document that you informed them.
Also you need keep previous tax payment information etc.
