Bluetooth - Phone audio not enabling (car)

I'm seeing various posts on different Umi products but not the diamond.
Can someone please help me, I'd rather not do a factory reset?

If you don't want loose user data and you don't want perform factory reset you can perform network settings reset (settings - backup and reset - network settings reset)
