Impossible to update UMI Super

Hi everybody,

After an error : update my UMI Super from V3.02_20161121 to V7.01_20170308 using Download only instead of Firmware Upgrade...
I think its useless to say that the phone doesnt work... I cant even access the recovery mode.
Now when I try a Firmware Upgrade with Smart Phone Flash Tool, the bar become Red (Download 100% DA) and after 1 minute, i got a message "ERROR : STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXCEPTION (0xC0050005) [HINT]:

So I dont know what to do to unbrick my Super .. Did i have a driver problem, or do you have any idea to help me ?

Sorry but this will not work as this is only update (around 77 mb)
Please firstly use this OTA zip file, or SPFT

And then update to latest available software through to FOTA or again OTA zip file or SPFT.

Please don't forget that if you use SPFT you can jump straight to latest ROM

You can also flash V3.02_20161121 to get the phone functional again and then try wireless update, that worked for me.

Thanks for all of your advices... I have done an firmware install with the latest version ... but on an old laptop and it was OK
I think i was having some driver bug on my computer.

After a full charge of the battery, i'll try the new update...
