No Warranty From Umi

As i have recieved phone from UMI there is no Warranty card is included in Box.
Does any body know , Umi is providing any warranty for phone or not?

Please contact to seller for hardware or software issues.
Of course forum is to helping users too but umi is not taking warranty responsibility from user.
