My plus recently died and no longer functioned, which I believe to have occured due to a freak overheating incident; this lead me to buy a new one off amazon and contact amazon about warranty etc. Within a day of receiving my new Plus phone, it too died -- I have come to the conclusion that it must be random power surges, as light bulbs have also been going in the household too. Will I get my money back for the 2 Umi Plus phones -- or any advice on what I should do to resolve the situation? |
