! cant get the notifications on applications like viber ,skype and WhatAspp

I only get them after i have entered the application.I also  dont get the red notification on the symbol of the application that say the number of the messages i have everytime.
For example on the upper left screen i got the symbol of viber but on the main screen the viber shows nothing.

I think I know what's happening. You have probably enabled the "background task clear", in the phone settings... meaning that the phone is killing all apps that aren't currently open on the screen. Turn it off or make sure you add the exception to that app. I have mine turned off and everything works fine.

As for the counter of unread messages, I think that depends on the launcher that you're using. Some have a counter function showing you how many new messages you have, others don't.

The "background task clear" is off and i have added the applications on the exception list.i dont use any kind of launchers.Its stock.

It's not possible to add the applications on the exception list when it's turned off, but you probably mean that you turned it on, added them to the whitelist and then turned it off... Well, try turnin it on, then turn it off, and then shut down your phone and turn it on again. Test it and see if it's working okay by asking a friend to contact you on viber (don't open viber).
If it still doesn't work, then try a factory reset as a last resort...
Also make sure you're not using any software to do the RAM management and kill apps in the background.

Thanks the viber is working now but i still cant get the notifications on my e-mails.
I have another problem too..
When I am using the viber and Skype applications to send a video or take a photo, the camera is getting very dark almost black  and it has nothing to do with the real light of the environment. Is there a possible fix?
