Recently i purchased Umi plus E from Banggood site, and got received with proper condition.Couple of days it worked fine,Suddenly 4G mobile data stopped working.
I could see 4G symbol got enabled when i turned ON mobile data.I am using Vodafone 4G (Bangalore-India) which is Band-3 supported by Umi Plus E.All other thing are working as expected without any issues.
Only Mobile 4G data not working.
Could some one please help me on this.

Have you checked if your APN settings are correct?
If they are you could try this method as your network type may be on GSM/WCDMA (auto)
1. Enter Engineering mode - Type *#*#3646633#*#* into dialer or download: https://play.google.com/store/ap ... eerStarter&hl=en_GB (If using app click MTK Settings)
2. Land on Telephony Tab > Scroll down to 'Network Selecting'
3. Choose designated 4G Sim (SIM1 OR SIM2)
4. Set preferred network type to '4G/3G/2G(auto) or 4G/3G', could try either to see which works best
5. Exit - signal will take a few seconds to refresh
Network selecting helped me when I was having trouble with my 4G connection

Thanks for your reply and information.
Firstly No issue with APN settings .
And i can see that it was already set to 4G/3G/2G in netwrok selecting.
When i switch On the Mobile data instantly it showing 4G symbol ,
Strangly i can do whatsapp..but unable to browse net/google play apps download...when i tried to download any app its showing as downloding (but nothing is happening)
Could you please suggest any other troubleshoot techniques to get rid of this issue.

A solution taken from another post, you could try changing your band mode by entering *#*#4636#*#* in the dialer > phone information > press top right three dots > select radio band > try different options as some users used AUS and AUS 2 and signal reception improve. There is no point trying USA as this option will not work.
I had used Automatic which worked perfectly for me, if this doesnt help I am not sure what else can be done and will have to wait for what the moderators have to suggest

This looks like be network provider fault. Probably is very weak signal of 4G in your area or just fault of data.
You can try change to 3G and use fir few days. Settings - more - mobile networks - preferred network type - 3G

I used the same sim in another mobile and its perfectly working 4G like a charm.Problem comes when i use the same in UMi plus E mobile.
And my area is rich of 4G signal and no issue with coverage.
Still dont know what needs to done to overcome this issue.
I had the same problem awhile ago with my UMI Plus E. The solution ended up being the APN settings. I thought I fixed it when I tried to fix the data connection issue, but I must have messed up the first time.
I recommend looking at your APN settings again. Look up the settings for your provider on Google and create a new APN. Just to this to make sure.

Thanks for the information. i found the issue one of the app keep on changing the APN settings.Hence causing the mobile data 4G issue.
uninstalled app and re-created the APN and went fine.
Now its working like charm.
