UMI PLUS - REAR CAMERA PROBLEM

I bought out the UMI plus end of December from "coolicool" online shop , everything was fine with the only exception of REAR camera
appearing with a red glass on... everything appeared under a red layer ....resulting in red video and red photos !!

I've tried all possible solution - no changes  - I've also write to "coolicool" but I've got no proper solution / support !!
the only thing now is to keep this phone with rear camera not working and resign myself,

Please make few picture a day time (with good light) and provide few samples here. Before doing anything please check for updates (settings - about phone - wireless update) and perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Please tell me what reseller offered to you?

I forwarded those pictures to engineers.
Have you not activated some other camera settings "effects" as "calm, sepia, etc"
Calm is very pink as your pictures maybe you should change this effects. To change this you need open camera and touch this small arrow on centre left and slide to find proper colour.
If this not help you have hardware fault and you need requests for warranty from your seller.

discovered something was wrong with update to android "N"

i have the same problem.
but when the phone has de android 6.0 the camera was fine. then actualize to 7.0 and the camera had a red filter or something.
so... im waiting for the update to correct this.

I try 3 different ROM ...The camera only work fine in 6.0 ... Nougat keep The "red filtre"

umi london не работает основная камера фронтальная камера снимает вверх ногами . в использовании 2 месяца. сброс до заводских настроек не помогает. что делать ?

I have the same problem. Need the camera so bad!!! How can I solve it?

I have the same problem, and the phone was good on android 6, but i update to android 7, and now loads of things doesn't work, if you try to downgrade to android 6.0, it will give you a black screen, well i lost all the hoppe on this phone, hardware is fine, but software is a mess, i will never ever buy a UMI.
