Umi Plus Fingerprint lock option is missing.

So I went to change my lock screen from swipe to fingerprint. It allows me to save my fingerprint but there is no longer and option to use the fingerprint on the lock screen. So weird, has anyone else seen this. I have done a factory reset but that didn't help.

On which system this happened?
If this happened suddenly probably some error occurred in system and you should flash whole ROM

I just realized this morning that even though there is no longer an option to choose fingerprint as lock screen, it will recognize the fingerprint no matter which lock type is selected, whether it's pin  pattern or password. I'm on android 7.0 20161228.
