I'm replying to myself because I think I have found an explanation about the apparently missing Glonass sats thanks to the guy who devellop a great app called SatStat available on f-droid

He says that :
In a nutshell, each color stands for a location provider.
Red is GPS, though nowadays most devices also support GLONASS and/or Beidou. Those hybrid chips report all of these systems as extra GPS satellites, thus you get multiple systems under one provider. Here's what I had while driving today :
As you can see at the bottom of the screen, there are more sats than just GPS, I presume the others are Glonass Russian sats. But most if not all apps won't be able to properly identify them.
Here's what I had inside a 4 story reinforced concrete building at ground floor, near a window and an overcast sky while it was drizzling.
