Please add double tap wo wake up and ambient display

Hello there,

i was wondering if it would be possible for umi to add two nice features to the umi super which i already loved about my oneplus x : double tap on the display to wake it up and swiping with a hand over the proximity sensor to wake it up / useage of an ambient display . my native language is not english, i hope you get what i mean.
please take a look at this video at minute 1:20 until 1:30  and then from minute 2:40 to 2:50 to see what i mean:

darnit, other phones have it. and you don't need to use it. So it's our choice to consume battery. They better solve the idle drain. 30% battery loss for no reason that's a crime and should be a primary concern

But wouldnt it be possible to just implent it as an optional Feature.. It Could be easily enabled / disabled in the menu... /sad

Our engineers said they ever considered about the double tap function, but which always cause palm rejection and consume battery power, so we removed this function.

We're trying to convince the developers to make this feature available. If not by a FOTA update but in an optional SP Flash Tool ROM it's imaginable.
This feature is available in UMi Touch and although very rarely but it's randomly wakes up the screen.
