umi rome x issue

i buy umi rome x on banggood.com.
this phone have problem. wet spoot on the screen and screen digitiser dont work properly.
have you any solution?

seller suggest  return phone.
from my country shipping cost is to expensive. long time required olso.
shiping cost 50 usd and about 2 months to send and receive new back.

Did you received phone with this problem? Then you should contact with seller in order to request an exchange of device to receive a Rome X in good conditions

I have same problem after 5 days of using Rome X my touchscreen is having a big "wet" spot in the middle of the screen and ghost typing number 2 all the time...
i removed all screen protectors thinking how they could be the problem...but spot is still there!
I have hard case with a cover over the screen so im sure i didnt squeezed screen or anything like that...
So tell me guys what will i do now with my usseles Umi Rome X?

Since this issue is definitely a defection of the screen, there isn't any other solution than to return your phone to the seller to replace the screen or the whole phone. If you paid by paypal, you're able to request the cost of your returning shipment via the paypal system. Unfortunately, aliexpress doesn't offer a such service.

i have the same issue and the touch screen it never work correctly
lockscreen apps doesnt work
keyboards doesnt stay
is crap
if they dont do nothing i will do my best for make everybody know that umi is crap
sorry but is the truth
the phone is not the best but come on
the system is basic
and tha sad part id they dont do nothing
and replace the screen is not an option if i buyed newbrand
