Only one speaker working, phone less than one week old

eMAX Mini only has one speaker, the other hole is for the mic.
Marketing for "bottom facing speakers" is quite misleading.

Are you serious? Can you confirm it is the right-sided one? This would be indeed quite misleading...
However, I just read again the description and it says there what you just said, though not clearly.

"The eMAX Mini features a microphone and a speaker on the bottom edge of the phone..."
