screen stays black on incoming call

1) screen stays always black when a call comes in.  Pressing any button does nothing !
                      what is wrong ???
2) when making a call phone shows " calling ". This stays on for 3-5 minutes and blocks my
   screen.  Same with other notifications of the phone !  Very annoying !
My phone is the Umidigi F 2 ,  never dropped or damaged is 99.9 % new !

I have A7 Pro, recently my screen turns to black when I try to make a phone call, I can't make the screen back on until I restart the phone. anyone know what causes it. thx

Has anyone fixed this problem. I am having the same problem, screen goes black when making a call. I have two A9's
