Buetooth keeps stopping

Since end of April, i have a problem that the message bluetooth keeps stopping appears, even when i close it, it comes on right after that.
i deletetd chache, app date, i did a factory reset but still, bluetooth is not working anymore..

is it a google or a umidigi problem... ?
