I have problems with the calendar synchronization.
App data, contacts, notes, and person details are automatically synced to my Google Account.
This does not work for the calendar.
Even if I start the synchronization under Settings => Accounts => Google, it does not work.
Only when I click "sync" right in the Google Calendar app it does work.

Does anyone have similar difficulties and is there an explanation for this?

Are you using stock Android or Umi OS?
Please provide screenshot of "about phone"

Umi OS for Z Pro?
I have not heard of it yet.

Sorry for confusion but I thought that we talked about Umidigi Z1 Pro.
Yes Z pro only using pure Android and you are already on latest available firmware.
Have you activated dura speed, background tasks clear? Also have you activated auto-sync data on (settings - accounts - top corner 3 dots -)

DuraSpeed is activated.
Google, (Google-)calendar, contacts, phone,... are on.
Auto-sync data is also activated.

Meanwhile, I was able to sync the calendar again.
However, there are now sync issues with the contacts.

I get the following error message:
"Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly."

The problem with syncing my contacts still exists.
I think the problem is with the Z Pro, because it works on my other devices.

I have tried all the tips that I found on the internet.
for example...
   Go to settings>storage>cached data>clear cached data,
   Go to settings>storage>apps>all>menu>reset app preferences > reset apps,
   Restart device,
=> did not solve the problem

Now I reset the Z Pro to factory settings.
=> The problem has been solved and the synchronization is working again.

However, it is very annoying that I have to set up the device completely again.
All my apps and settings are gone now, of course.

The display was broken on my UMI Super and I have not used it for a long time.
Today I installed a new display.
I suddenly had also syncing problems with this device as well.
I then made the update to the latest version of the operating system.
Thankfully, the synchronization problem has been fixed.

there are still issues with syncing Google Calendar. What's going on there?
