Not synchronising via usb cable

\n\nHello. My phone can't sync with pc. I've replaced with compatible cable, tried with my friends computer and workplace pc, restarted 10 times, removed sim card, did factory reset, reinstalled through recovery meniu, usb debugging is on, usb conf is stuck on MTP can't change, on pc all drivers are installed. after every time tested nothing have changed. Now connected via bluetooth, yet it's to slow for me. Can someone help me please?

When I connect my Z Pro via cable to the PC, an "N" appears in the status bar.
In the drop down menu I can then select the following ...
USB for file transfer
Tap for more options.

The thing is that mine doesn't show ''N'' in status bar In the drop down menu as well. I had that problem before changing the cable
