SIM Card Tray does NOT eject. :(

Just got my brand new S2 Pro after a long delay.

Briefly: Looks great. Seems to work great. Got it to connect to WIFI.

The situation: THE SIM CARD TRAY DOES NOT EJECT WHEN I INSERT THE "HOLE KEY TOOL". I feel like this happened on purpose.

I just want the thing to work!

This is the UMIDIGI S2 PRO painted black. Got all the accessories (power block, USB cable, USB-to-audio adapter, metal key tool)

Did you push in strongly sim tray eject tool?
Also does this still happening with sim card or without too?

Hi,
Yesterday i tried to put my new simcard in my umidigi s2 pro, but nothing happend. The tool just get blocked in the phone açd there is no ejection.
I don't want to try anymore and break something. Do you have any solutions ?

Please contact to seller for warranty solution.
They can offer for you partial refund and you can spend money in local repairing centre to open your sim card tray.
