\n\nMy C2 stably 4-7 times a day freezes and reboots, and it can happen both when using it, and just when it is on the table and all the programs are turned off. reset to factory settings and update did not help

If you already using latest firmware please use SPFT and flash Basic ROM from here.

You need flash your phone with SPFT. Here is SPFT instructionhttp://community.umidigi.com/thread-11-1-1.html
If you want keep user data please not use firmware upgrade just download option and uncheck user data.
Please flash this ROM

Hy,
I got my new C2 phone but the integrated speakers aren't workin. With earphones the sound is ok, but nothing goes out through the speakers, nor music, video or ringtone. Sometimes the buttom vocies are working for 10-20 secons, but that's it.... What should I do?
