Hello. Today I received a phone. Everything is in order, only the box was very dented at the edges. Charging the phone was 50%. After 5 hours of use, the phone turned off. After that, I put the phone on charging with the original charger. But unfortunately the phone does not charge, it constantly shows 0% charging, even after an hour. Tried to turn on the phone several times, but it turned off again each time. What it is? What should I do? Please help!
By my opinion connector is not fully pushed in to phone.
Because you completely drained battery charging process can be very long. I can also recommend to charge phone over night. Unfortunately you could damage li-ion battery controller or controller won't activate charging due to too low battery voltage to protect battery.
I am having the same problem. I had the phone turned off by some months and when i turned it on again, after the battery died, it's impossible to charge it anymore. I 'm using the original cable and charher, I also tried with other cable and charger, I left it charging more than 1 day and nothing happened. It's still has 0% baterry.

I have same problem with my UMI S2. The difference that my phone charging starting after reboot and if the cable is connected. Unplugged and reconnected charger does not starting charging again if power is on. Every time needs the reboot for charging
