IMPOSSIBLE CAMERA SELECTION ON C2

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY C2...
I CAN NO LONGER SELECT THE MAIN CAMERA... IT'S ONLY WORKING THE 5MPX FRON CAMERA ONE FOR SELFIES.
AND ALSO THE FLASH IS NO LONGER WORKING ONLY THE FRONT ONE.
IT DOES NOT APPEAR THE SELECTION ICON FR THE OTHER CAMERA...

CAN SOMEONE HELP ON THIS ? THANKS

Please restart phone. Then perform factory reset in case restart didn't help.

I did restart the phone many timers and resetted to the factory setting but the problem is still there.

I had problem with the camera since the beginning: it never takes good (acceptable ) pictures and movies.

I'm dealing with TOMTOP support ( very bad ) to solve the problem and in case of return they said I sould pay the
shipping expense  to Hong Kong...

But you complained about "camera not working, can't be selected".
If you are not happy with pictures /video quality you need talk to seller.

There are two problems:
1 - Quality of the caemera was/is very bad since the beginning. Out of focus picture etc.
2 - Impossible Camera selection: it works only the fron camera... Just selfies and upside-down
     Flash light only in front.

I'm discussing with the seller ( TomTOP) but they said I have to pay the shipment to Hong Kong...

Most sellers won't refund money without getting back device for test. As you bought from different countries unfortunately you need return device under your cost.
If you want try you can use SPFT and flash complete ROM.
