Hi Umidigi,

How remains with software updates for your phones, especially for security patches?
Where are  BlueBorne patch, why you don't release this critical patch? Google has release this patch in september. The same for Krack vulnerability it will be released soon.

As example for my Umi Plus the last security pacth is from 5-march-2017.
The security patches is mandatory to be delivered for a period of 2 years. Google release this patches on every month.

Warranty must cover this mandatory security patches, but you don't respect.

Umi .... He does not respect even for all members They ask for support for the various bugs ..They released an update that is a clown 16 06 2017 Google security update And all the remaining bugs left, then when you make the bugs say they do not They are true and we are users who do not know how to install the system.Umi ..... The worst ever purchase

My advise: buy a decent phone and get rid of the UMI. I had a Plus and a Rome X for my daughter and both phones had a lot of issues. Since UMI is clearly focussed on selling good looking phones (that I have to say) and unfortunately don't bother about customer relations there will not be any improvements to come. Only new buggy phones. UMI lost already several customers over here and we will not be the last.
