Wrong battery information

When I check how fast the battery is charging, it tells me 17270 mA...
I reflashed the software like 6 times, and still not fixed.
I use the app Ampere, and AccuBattery.
all the numbers are multiplied by 10...
Is it just me or do other people also have this problem??
You can also see in the screenshots how bad the mobile connetion is in this firmware.... (latest firmware)

Yes, this bug occured with the Nougat branch. I think the correct size is 1/10.

This is not very important for everyday using bug. Please understand that this could be app bug too.

Well it isn't the app becaus everybody has it and I didn't get it on MM. And I think it has to be fixed becaus when you are charging the phone, it only tells you "charching" instead of "quick charching" on the lockscreen.
