Hello,
I don't know about the second sim card slot, but the first one is probably switching to 2G because of the weak signal in the area you live in, but its just my guess.

Hi, im living in main city with great coverage of LTE and full 3g. The switch to 2g happens often when im using wifi for longer time, the second slot shows me just one option  - GSM only.

Agree with max about the only option of gsm in sim 2.
BTW. even if it sounds stupid, when you are on wifi your mobile connection is disabled. I think it's automatic knowledge for me but... just in case you don't know!

If you're on WiFi, the mobile network will automatically switch to 2G (EDGE) if the signal strength is not very high, to save battery power. All dual SIM smartphones can use only one SIM-card for data connection at the same time. Some models can use SIM1 only, others offer the possibility to choose between the two SIMs.

correct.
If you go to the sim options, you can chose if activate cellular data on sim 1 or sim 2.
That means you can activate it on both of them but just on one at a time.
I still don't now if LTE is supported on both as long as I don't have an lte data plan on the second sim and I'm too lazy to switch them (it's 4.30 in the morning here... maybe later ).

Of course, if you can choose the SIM2 slot for 3G connection, the 4G will be available as well.

My Umi Emax mini also it has
My Umi Emax mini SIM1 supports a 4G, 3G, 2G. SIM2 has only 2G.
My Umi Emax mini does not support the SIM2 4G and 3G networks. It only supports 2G! I received a bad smartphone? I can show video or photos.

We're talking about different things. I said that, if a phone is able to use the 2nd SIM for 3G data connection, then the 4G also work as well. For example my emax can do that but I don't have yet an emax mini, so I can't check this feature at that model.
