Hi I have been trying to use my umi plus e as a hotspot but it drops connection after 15mins no matter what settings I change.
I have installed the latest update, changed battery saver optuons and even tried factory resetting the phone but still get the same issue.is there any update coming to fix this? Besides this problem it is a great phone
I've had the same issue with UMIDIGI Z Pro, I've successfully dealt with it by going into Android hotspot settings and changing the frequency band from 2.4GHz to 5GHz. If your wifi card happens to be compatible with the higher band you might be good to go.
