dead zone touch screen replacement problem

Hello, first at all, pardon foe my bad english.The other day i  replaced the screen and the touch panel of my Umi Super, then i upgrade to 7.0.
I notice that my screen has a dead zone in the touch.
Any solution?

Actually i did that, but seems it not work.

Well, it could be, the new digitizer isn't 100% OK.
