Hello.

I live in big city. In my home I have 4 phones. All phones are connected to 4G (LTE) network. My UMIDIGI C NOTE support all bands in my country but in my home have LTE signal only for a while and after few minutes drop it to 3G network. Why? This the only one phone that can't keep LTE network in my home. This is software bug?

Regards

Please check for updates (settings - about phone - wireless update)
Also test sim card in other phone.

Hi,
When you speak about "home", do you mean indoors? If you get a proper 4G connection outside, your phone just changes to 3G at a lower 4G level than your other phones.
You can check the capability (signal quality) of your phone by forcing 4G connection. You can do it as the followings.
1. Dial *#*#3646633#*#* to open the EngineerMode
2. On the Telephony tab scroll down and select Network Selecting
3. Select either SIM1 or SIM2 according to your usage.
4. Select 'LTE only' in the drop-down list
Your setting will immediately take effect and your phone will try to connect to 4G networks only. After you finished your test, you can set 4G/3G/2G/(auto) again to return to the default setting.

Yep. Indoor. But why all my phones keep LTE signal indoor, in my home but only Umidigi C Note drop it to 3G? It is not normal. When I select "'LTE only" in engineer mode phone have LTE signal indoor but I can't make calls so is not solutions. For me it is software bug in Umidigi.

That why your phone changing from 4G to 3G as signal at home is too weak cause other issues. This is not phone fault.

Why do not you read what I wrote? Other phones keep LTE signal in my home because I live in big city and LTE signal is very good.
I tested Umidigi C Note outdoor and have this same problem. When Umidigi drop signal to 3G I still have 3G signal outdoor too. This is software bug i Umidigi.
