How to back to Stock recovery to install new 7.1.1 FOTA?

Hi friends. I'm trying to back to stock recovery but unsuccessfully! How can I install stock recovery to install the new baked FOTA 7.1.1? Maybe I have to flash whole MM 6.0 rom? Sorry if this is a duplicate post. I'm new on Mediatek devices.

Hi,
You have to flash at least the stock boot.img, recovery.img and system.img, so that's better to flash the whole stock ROM (except the userdata.img if you want to keep your user settings) if you currently have TWRP installed on your phone to be able to OTA update your phone. Some OTA updates bypass the security check, so they can be installed even with TWRP, so you can make a try.
