I use my Plus E 2 months and at the first time I always had the unstable mobile internet connection with my provider (PremiumSIM).
The second SIM card (AldiTalk) works fine, but without the first one. WiFi is working fine too.
Now it is a tragedy. From the middle of May my mobile internet does't work. What I already checked/tried:
1. On/Off Data Connection.
2. Another SIM card (PremiumSIM) works with another phone and doesn't work with UMIDIGI Plus E.
3. Full reset and firmware upgrade to the latest ROM (20170505).
4. Setup the APN settings to Default.
5. Setup the APN settings to the recommended state from the provider.
6. Change and try all BAND modes (Europe, USA, AUS, AUS2, Automatic) in the service mode.
7. Change and try 2G/3G/4G/LTE modes.
8. Shutdown all energy savers.
The affected SIM card is working (internet) in another smartphone!
Please help or say me that you have the same problem!
