Unfortunately a factory reset did not solve the problem. I can only Send/Receive on one SIM card. From (Setting - SIM Card) I have both SIM cards active, the tabs are to the right and green. Below the active SIM cards there are a further 3 options, set up as follows
Preferred SIM for Mobile Data: iD Mobile Calls: Ask Every Time SMS messages: Ask Every Time
There is no option under Mobile Data to choose 'Ask Every Time' It’s either one or the other network. If I try to make a call or send a SMS message from the other SIM it tells me there is no network. SMS messages get sent when I change 'Mobile Data' option to the other SIM.
It seems the problem is with the Mobile Data option.
