I used different USB cable didn't work, also change powerful adapter no luck. May be faulty wireless charger. Or maybe some kind of configuration inside phone.

Please start from scratch.
Please connect wired charger directly in to phone and check charging. You should get red LED on phone, sometimes this can take up to 15 minutes.
Please connect wired charger in to Q1 charger and you should get red - blue - red LED.
Please let me know results.

But after a few days usage I'm very disappointed about power management. It last's not 24h in standby, when using with features like GPS, WLAN, Data or Bluetooth the battery drain is very high, working is limited to a few fours only!

My phone did an update right away after unpacking and first installation. Actually Kernel Version 4.4.95+ and Build No. V2.0.20180518 showing in properties.

One more Issue: Tried to use "XTrom Wireless fast charging pad" but the screen is flickering around, wild entering / leaving applications and perform actions like the screen would have been touched. I saw enabling / disabling different checkboxes but as fast that I didn't see exactly where the phone was messing around during this shot time loading trial.


Is there a solution, hint or update about battery usage or any suggestions what wireless charger to use? In Banggood I didn't find any suggestion what wireless charger to order when ordering the phone.

Thank you for your help. My phone is ok with usb charger. only problem is  Q1 with wireless charger. i tried how you advised one hour charge and re tried no luck. First red light then green then again red light blinking. Maybe faulty wireless charger.

How fast is supposed this phone to charge ? With Q3.0 charger+ the red usbC cable it charges in 2 hours. Also screen flickers during the charging (not a lot - barely visible).

I've seen several bug/malfunction reports in the thread, and even a moderator mentioned that there are several other bugs that need to be fixed.
My question is: Are the developers currently working on a new update to improve the device and fix all the reported and detected bugs?

This is important as it's clear that the phone was released without having been tested fully, and new users/buyers should be able to get a bug-free experience on their new Umidigi One (Pro).

Of course we recommending using Umidigi Q1 charger, which is not causing such misbehaving.
