I waits a gift from UMI to have taken time to help them to find the origin of the problem and especially not to have got excited! Maybe a clear case?

That was not about you but the problems with the phone

Good idead with the gift, who knows how long it would have taken them to get the new ROM up if we hadn't mentioned it

Happy end for a rough week, but better this way then to send it back to china.

Hi,

I have a problem with self-rebooting.

I bought the phone and it updated the firmware to ver. E.V3.02_20170216 by itself using wi-fi updating.

The problem still occurs and the phone resets by itself three-four times a day.

I did a hard reboot but nothing helped.

The problem still exists.

What can I do ?

Hi I had an umi e max before and they are absolute great if they work they scroll very well sharp screen etc etc.
But after 14 months it was starting my apps at random opening accounts opening the camera I was reading that this problem happens when the digitising screen is to close to the glass  So I abandoned it. But because I liked the specs and the price I bought a umi plus  I have it not 2weeks and it is constantly stuck in optimising 1 app of 1.
Can you imagine what will happen if you really need the phone eiter for urgent calls or a boarding pass??  You are better off with a cheap phone like alcatel or samsung etc the specs are a lot less but at leased they tun on if you need them.
