Android version downgrading flashing will be error free only if you flash with the 'Format All + Download' option. However, in that case you'll lose your unique IMEI numbers and you have to reflash them with the SN Writer Tool.

ok guy need some help my umi super screen crack so I got a new one for it its all installed but it only lights up black its all done right just not working can hear sound from it not sure what to do next maybe try sp flash tool ??

I am sorry to say that i have tried to downgrade by all methods;

1st. Download only
2nd. Firmware upgrage
3rd. Format all + Download,

but with these 3 methods all i get is a booting phone, the screen also blinks up BUT with a black screen. Before my each try, i upgrade to 20161228 again to make sure that phone is in a normal state.

PLEASE HELP..

Can you set in the 7.0 version National Roaming? Im from Germany and there we have a Network who works with 2 networks like o2 and e-plus and on all device that i have as last
it works National Roaming that means that the phone automatic set national roaming work that on o2 or e-plus no "R" symbol on satusbar. The matter why i want this is when you set the Normal Roaming on it works also but when i go near to switzerland and i have set roaming on than it works also and that cost lot of money

Sry for my Bad English i hope i have write it that all understand what i mean.

The title of this thread is ''UMi SUPER and MAX Android 7.0 upgrade''... so yes, of course but it's not just planned but in progress to be released.

If by going from the description of this post it should be complete and there should be an OTH update by the 15th but Hay......  umi said it was Christmas eve, then it was a week later (new years eve) , then there was a beta for the max (as I interpreted there would be otherwise why add max to the title) ,  now there's not,  the 15th will come and go (which is the end of the 2nd week)  and there probably won't be a stable version.. Seems they say the right things (for press releases) and don't deliver

Hahaha, I'm not expect much from UMI.

This is a great news. But I hope the OTA file works properly this time since the 20161017 40MB update dosent work on my mother's UMi Max. When it gets to the "the phone will reboot" it gets stuck and nothing happens.
Anyone else experiencing this?
