Please activate Wi-Fi calling in settings, VoLTE as I mentioned is activated as default.

is veri nice option.

This function is not activated, you can use power button, fingerprint scanner or face ID unlock.

I noticed a restart on my umidigi one pro . Any time the does not recognize my finger print , after multiple trials and I enter the password, the phone just restart and the the os crashes. After then I get a message of factory reste or try again

Yeah I have that problem too if I play too much with the fingerprint system. But restarting the phone after crash should fix the problem until it may appear again by entering in the fingerprint menu. Restart also fixes the problem of the phone forgeting the pin code.

After update I followed the advice in earlier post to remove fingerprints and put them again and I haven't got that problem anymore. Perhaps the problem was solved in the last update or what crashed the phone in the first time hasn't been replicated yet.

As the above snapshot shows the wifi calling function is grayed out in the off mode.

I need help. I bought one pro with umidigi Q1 wireless charger. Unfortunately my wireless charger is not working from day one. First shows green light after that red light blinks all the time. Please help me to fix this problem. Many thanks

Please charge phone for at least 1 hour, if you not getting any notification from phone please check with different USB cable and charger.
Don't use wireless charger in this situation.
