Hi Admin,

Let me make these points very clear

1. We are not testers for your product, you cant ask us to do this and that when we have our own busy schedule.
2. we are consumers and when so many people are complaining and you still asking us to do logs and stuffs is just not right.

we are not asking you to release A7 or give us new features, we are just asking you to fix bugs that are already existing and make it better for us consumers.

I sent the files to the mentioned email. it contains a link to this thread and an attached file, so it might go to the spam folder!

I am looking forward to seeing what you can do to fix the problem. Under other conditions, I would not share private information, so I am expecting to see some results, other than promises.

The phone is overall doing its job, and I have no big issues with it (even the bugs and screen precision thing are not really that big of a problem). BUT, this problem (the battery thing) is just ruining the entire experience, and I am back to using my old iPhone 5s as my primary phone, just because I can't trust this one anymore. It just dies whenever it feels like it, and that's just SUPER ANNOYING!

One of the reasons I wanted this phone over others is the promising battery (4000mAH) and guess what?? it turned out to be the biggest issue!

I would never recommend you to share your log files .. especially if you are using banking apps, please make sure you delete the logs that are really private.

Thank you very much

But I don't use anything (except my secondary mails) on that phone so far.

I am just waiting to see what they come up with this time!

here 3 more people with the same issue.
I'd like to ask to UMI to send all of us a replacement battery so we can have it replaced by some expert (personally I cannot send my phone to China to be repaired since this is the only smartphone I have at the moment).
And I can't send you logs because I have deeply personal info in the smartphone such as banking accounts.

I'm very satisfied with this phone, I just wish it didn't have this battery issue.

Guess what?

The phone now stops working at random times. It doesn't do anything useful anymore. Under 90% I can't trust it!

Thanks UMIDIGI for your support!
