Do you think that this video looks like 4k? It was upscaled from 480p, not 2160p.
If you talk about video it should be at least 24 fps. Otherwise it is a slideshow.
Don't you see visual artifacts (straight lines) at the edges?
When are you going to release new firmware with camera fixes?

I forwarded your complaints and opinion, also details about issues to relevant people. We see what engineers can do to solve this. Maybe you have some problem with hardware (camera or SoC) and only one solution could be talk too seller about warranty.
Thank you for honest answer. But it is not helpfull.Luckily I don't have hardware issues. Forum 4pda is full of Umidigi S2 users with the same problems.
Umidigi has acknowledged the camera issues on VK and promised to fix them in ongoing firmware update. When will you release the new firmware?
Just applied today's wireless upgraded, stated to improve the rear camera.
No improvement in distant photos and close-ups shots, which were quite good, are now rubbish as well. Anyone know how to uninstall this "upgrade"?
