Hi,
Just want to check whether any of you managed to get both SIMS to work simultaneously?
Meaning SIM1 is used mobile data while SIM2 is used for SMS and calls and both turned on?

I am having trouble with my Z1 (not pro).
Individually I can turn on and use each SIM respectively, but if I turn on both at the same time, one of the SIM would be 'network unavailable'.

Appreciate some help here. Thanks

Hello,
Another question from me.
Does Umidigi will release UMIOS for Umidigi Z1 (not Pro)?
Best regards,
Mcmulan.

Hi,
No, the UMI OS will be terminated. Better to not regret it.

Hi,
With SP Flash Tool you can replace any version with any version. So even if you have the oldest version installed on your phone, you can flash directly the latest release. With SP Flash Tool that's also possible to go back to an older version if that's your need.

I'm sorry but this model will probably not receive further updates.

It's also a shame that I will not buy your products anymore. No service, no money. I do not like to buy a disposable product from a one-off company. You can ban this truth. I just stated the facts. I'm waiting for news about the closure of your company.

Android smartphones received the last update even 5 yeas ago are still usable, basicaly only their obsolete hardware makes serious limits. Why do you think that, if a smartphone doesn't get updates after a while, it becomes useless?

At least get a security update. As a maximum, get the latest android and enjoy its advantages. Well, so that the shutdown of the shutdown of applications is docked. Spontaneous disabling bluetooth. Or do you think that after releasing the phone you should give up its support? Or do you think that your buyers will continue to buy your product that you do not wish to support further? In fact, and your trouble. The product is stamped and the subsequent support is not provided and your customers feel that they were simply divorced and thrown. Although the product is good for filling and general execution. So think why you lose those who have ever bought your products.
