Ha, how we can change that if it's not possible to buy? Can we write to a manufacture to start producing batteries at least?

Battery was available but probably is out the stock and we can't do nothing about.
Please wait week or two and hopefully will be available again. I know that you can buy new model of battery 4,4V 3800 mAh but then you need change software.
About third party apps reading 1000 mAh this is normal as they not supporting correctly Chinese phones.
If you connect charger adapter between charger and USB wire you can read charging voltage, current flow and battery capacity (calculated from charging details) and this will give you close to correct reading (under quick charging give you around 25% less reading but under 5V and 1A will give you fully correct capacity)
Also if you know how calculate battery capacity from charging you can type to call dialer *#*#3646633#*#* - you will be transferred to engineering mode - hardware testing - power - and you can read charging voltage and current flow. Simply charging current * charging time and you have reading, of course without using phone.

Battery current is not available. You can looking for umi Z (new supplier) , Umidigi Z pro (new supplier) or Umidigi C note as is using new battery.

T4 is to big and on smaller one I don't have markings and looks like T3.
This set you can buy for €1 or with battery.

But here you can see that if you buy lcd you will get similar repairing tools set.
