i am totally disappointed and i not recommend my fiends to purchas products from UMI, everything is a lie.

I think the umi team don't realizes that   they are  only losing customers with their lies.

Better 30 december 2016 than you will complain about stability or bugs. I have UMI Rome, UMI Super and waiting for UMI Plus E (on the way now) and no problems expect GPS problems.
So for you money you will get huge power compare to Samsung, HTC or other brands with poor service as well because for low cost models is bad support as well.

I do get that. But if Umi would be smart they would set a date that would be realisable instead of this. Like I said before customer service should be nr 1 priority for a company trying to grow. With a good base the company will not collapse.

If you announce an update that big, you'll have to deliver it. This is really bad customer service. It looks more like a promotion action.

Haha start an announcement big with 'N will hit christmas night' and then place somewhere ETA... It's still not good you announce it that big and then cover yourself with the text ETA.
