Poor 4G connection.

hi i have same problem with g4!!! and in general with reception is much weaker then galaxy s5!!!!!

Hi,

I live and work in downtown, and the radio signal was ok since yesterday. I went to relatives to countryside. There the signal was drop to EDGE and the phone couldn't connect to the wifi network from half distance than my previous phone. My previous phone (chinese too) had continously 4G, and never had any problem with wifi.
I removed the case, and the phone immediately connected to the wifi and the mobile signal getting better.
I have this case:

BUT without case the signal just a little bit better. The mobile signal wasn't strong enough, continously switching between 3g-4g. I'm afraid it is a by-design failure, none of updates can fix it.

I waited a long time to do different tests: Every Sunday I go to visit family in a rural area; June cheUMI noticed or was always on 3G or who gave signals absent; so I took old smartphone and on subsequent Sundays I tested both phones: umi has a 4g signal management sucks, really sucks: old phone, a Doogee Valencia2 Y100 Pro has always maintained the 4G signal, UMI for some while and then move on; at best in 3g; then many times give no signal; Obviously the test I did with my Vodafone SIM DATA and same place

I've also bad 3G/4G (and also Wi-Fi) reception.

If with others smartphones devices I've only 2 or 3 bars I've none with UMI Super !

Is the max just a cheaper phone , less ram etc

Ok, but look at the antenna cover! Seems to be the only interesting difference!
