I bought it from gearbest and they are asking me to ship this phone back to them to fix the smudge line defect issue. They are asking me to bear the shipping cost, however it should be UMI who should be bearing this cost as this is production defect.. Secondly, when i asked them how long it will take to fix this and ship it back to me, they are very non-committal on this.
Can UMI address this ?? |
