Super - Android 6

Well After testing the device for some days, I conclude that this update, updates the phone well in many aspects, BUT screen sensitivity is BAD... GPS seems also rather bad

When the telephone is not in your hand, response is almost zero.... I almost had an accident with the screen not responding while driving today and trying to touch the map...

Best overall  FW, IMHO, remains 08072016

Hi,

No one of the released updates causes touch screen or GPS issues but always the latest one is the best optimized one. If you experience such issues, please process a factory data reset if you updated via FOTA or flash the ROM with SPFT choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option. Also after updating, calibrate the magnetic field sensor.

\n\nI just flashed it couple of days ago, and no problems at all with this ROM. Finger scanner is ok, touch is superb and camera seems to be better now

Well somewhere else in the world it's already the  24th of December........ let's see if Umi keeps up  their promises to umi super/Max  fans.

Hi,

Last info: The Android 7.0 release for UMi Super has been delayed until 30th December. Multiple times a week I request a beta release at least but my request was refused until now. I don't know why since theoretically with some minor changes the same ROM that was released for UMi Plus should work on the Super as well.
